My name is Harry Weseman, I was born in the Netherlands in 1946, moved in 1995 to the United Kingdom. It was rather late in life to start afresh in a different country, but it would be only for a couple of years – or so I thought. My wife Carla came with me, unfortunately after a short illness she died. My son Dennis convinced me to stay on, and so I did. I re-married with the lovely Svetlana. After moving around a bit, even spending a couple of years in Germany, we ended up (for now) in Grantham, Lincolnshire.
The purpose of this blog is to share with the world a couple of things I care about, among others atheism and clay pot cooking. Some time ago I turned the diary I kept during Carla’s illness into an account that I’ve put under biographies, there is an English and Dutch version.
